• I just placed an order, when will you ship it?

All orders usually will be dispatched the next day on purchase from Monday - Wednesday.

• How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship our plants by priority which takes 1 day, in rare occations 2 days.

• Do you ship outide of Switzerland?

Currently we only offer shipping within Switzerland but were working hard on opening our shop to customers all around the World so stay tuned ;).

• Im scared to order because of the shipment. - Will the plant survive?

Dont worry, so far thousands of plants have been shipped by us. We pack our plants with utmost care and got very experienced with that lately.

Every plant will be packed individually so that we can ensure a save arrival at its new home <3.

• What should I do if im not happy with what I got?

If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at info@luplnts.ch and provide high-quality images of the plant and package after delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues at our discretion.
