Refund policy

Plants are delicate living things and we understand that it can be frustrating when they don't thrive in your space. While we can't guarantee the success of a plant in your care, we do take every precaution to ensure that our plants arrive in the best possible condition.

Please note that minor folds or tears in leaves, a small loss in foliage, or browning on variegated plants may be considered reasonable transit stress and are not eligible for compensation. Additionally, we ask that you refrain from disturbing the roots or cutting the plant for at least a week after arrival to allow it to acclimate to its new environment.

If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at info@luplnts.ch and provide high-quality images of the plant and package after delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues at our discretion.

In cases where a refund is being considered, we may offer a full or partial refund if the package and plant are damaged upon arrival, the plant is damaged due to poor packaging (provided the buyer can provide high-quality pictures for investigation), the plant arrived in an unexpected and unsatisfactory condition, or if the wrong item or plant was received, or items or plants are missing.

If we agree to a refund, the buyer must return all products and plants in their original state, and any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible plant shopping experience.
