Shipping & Packaging

At LUplnts, we understand that it can be nerve-wracking to think about your beloved plant being shipped to its new home. But rest assured, we have shipped hundreds of plants and have mastered the art of safe and efficient packaging.

When you make a purchase with us, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders made from Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched the next day to avoid the package being stuck over the weekend.

We take great care in packaging your plant to ensure a safe arrival. Each plant is packed individually with the utmost care, so you can trust that it will arrive in perfect condition. Depending on the size, weight, and substrate of your plant, we use different materials to secure it in the package.

Once your order is dispatched, it will be delivered by DHL or the Swiss Post using priority shipping (A-Post). You can expect your package to arrive within one day after dispatch.
