Shipping policy

Terms of Shipment

We understand that receiving your order is important to you. That is why we make sure that all orders are carefully packed and shipped with Swiss Post. However, in case of any issues during shipment, please inform us immediately so that we can take necessary actions.

Please note that we currently only ship our products within Switzerland by Priority (A-Post) or DHL Express. During checkout, you can choose between Priority (CHF 9.95.-) or Pickup in Hochdorf (for free).

Beneficial Insects will be shipped from the producer. Depending on your order there might be additional shipping fees.
